Legal information
Legal Hub
This page brings together HSA Driving's key policies and legal information in one place, alongside the full Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.
Terms & Conditions
These terms set out the basis on which HSA Driving provides lessons, instruction and related services. By booking lessons, making payments, or using this website, you agree to follow HSA Driving's terms and conditions.
These terms may cover matters such as lesson booking procedures, lesson duration and punctuality, rescheduling requirements, payment expectations, instructor discretion regarding test readiness, use of training vehicles for practical tests, health and safety requirements, learner responsibilities during training, and conduct standards.
Cancellations & Refunds
HSA Driving aims to be fair and transparent regarding cancellations, rescheduling and refunds. Learners should give reasonable notice if they need to cancel or move a lesson, since lesson time is reserved in advance.
In general: lessons cancelled with proper notice may be rescheduled; late cancellations may be chargeable; no-shows may be charged in full; instructor cancellations will normally be rearranged or refunded; and package refunds may be assessed based on lessons already used and any promotional pricing applied.
Complaints Procedure
HSA Driving takes complaints seriously and aims to resolve concerns fairly, professionally and without unnecessary delay. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact HSA Driving first with clear details of the issue.
The normal approach is: you contact HSA Driving and explain the concern; the complaint is acknowledged; the matter is reviewed internally; the relevant instructor or staff member is consulted where appropriate; and a response is provided with a proposed resolution where suitable.
Accessibility Statement
HSA Driving is committed to making its services and website as accessible as reasonably possible. This may include clear communication, adjusted teaching pace, flexible lesson structure, and reasonable discussion of learner needs in advance. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this website, please contact HSA Driving and we will do our best to help.
