contact us by phone, email, form, or message
use our website
interact with cookies or analytics tools
We may collect details such as your name, email address, telephone number, lesson-related information, booking information, and general communication records. We only use personal information where there is a valid legal reason to do so, such as providing services, responding to enquiries, managing bookings, meeting legal obligations, improving our services, or where consent has been given.

Terms & Conditions
Our terms and conditions set out the basis on which HSA Driving School provides lessons, instruction, and related services.
By booking lessons, making payments, or using our website, you agree to follow our terms and conditions.
These terms may include matters such as:
lesson booking procedures
lesson duration and punctuality
rescheduling requirements
payment expectations
instructor discretion regarding test readiness
use of training vehicles for practical tests
health and safety requirements
learner responsibilities during training
behaviour and conduct standards
circumstances where lessons may be refused, postponed, or ended
Learners are expected to follow instructor guidance and behave safely, respectfully, and responsibly at all times. HSA Driving School reserves the right to protect instructors, vehicles, learners, and business operations where safety, conduct, or readiness concerns arise.
The latest version of our terms and conditions should always be read before booking or continuing lessons.
Cancellations & Refunds
HSA Driving School aims to be fair and transparent regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
Learners should give the required notice if they need to cancel or move a lesson. Where insufficient notice is given, the lesson may be charged in full. This is because lesson time is reserved in advance and late changes can prevent that time from being offered to another learner.
Refunds may be considered in accordance with the type of booking, whether lessons have already started, whether any package discount has been used, and whether any costs have already been committed.
In general:
lessons cancelled with proper notice may be rescheduled
late cancellations may be chargeable
no-shows may be charged in full
instructor cancellations will normally be rearranged or refunded
package refunds may be assessed fairly based on lessons already used and any promotional pricing applied
Any refund decision will be made in line with our booking terms and the circumstances of the case.
Complaints Procedure
At HSA Driving School, we take complaints seriously and aim to resolve concerns fairly, professionally, and without unnecessary delay.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we ask that you contact us first with clear details of the issue. This helps us investigate properly and respond constructively.
Our normal complaints approach is:
You contact us and explain the concern.
We acknowledge the complaint.
We review the matter internally.
Where appropriate, we speak with the relevant instructor or staff member.
We provide a response and, where suitable, propose a fair resolution.
Possible outcomes may include:
clarification of events
service review
practical resolution
re-arranged lesson
instructor change
refund consideration where appropriate
We aim to handle complaints respectfully and proportionately, while also protecting the professional standards of the school and instructors.
